WaterPro’s service is excellent. Communication is great and very professional. I only wish we could get a break on pricing if possible, or maybe create a yearly membership fee that stabilizes pricing on a monthly basis.

The best thing that happened was when my old water softener broke down, for years going to buy salt load it unload it & put it in. When it finally broke again I called Water Pro, Matthew came right out & installed a new one. Ive had it many many years, Matthew & Tayna are so wonderful, no problems ever, they & their staff are great very polite, only wish I had done it sooner.

These guys are pros. They know what they are doing and are very fairly priced. That says a lot. They value the customer and the almighty dollar. Work is super clean and the advice was solid. Very good customer service, they are responsive and do their best to handle the problems.

We have been using this company for years. They were very honest and reliable. A couple of years ago, a lady took over running the office. She has initiated unheard of fees, even lied about how many bags of salt they gave us, charged us trip fees for when they came unannounced knowing that they did not have access to the property if Noone was home. What a disaster this lack of professionalism has caused!!!! Now, because I put my own salt because I cannot count on their honesty, they want to charge me an extra $150 if they need to check the salt mechanism. Please do NOT use this company if you are looking for good old honest service!
And Water Pro, please get rid of the office lady if you are interested in staying in business! Your customers are running away from you daily! Think about that for a minute!

Used to be a really good reliable company!!!
Just a nickel and dime company now Poor service
charging $10 flat fees For what. Now sure
$16 for inspection they used to do anyways
Never cleaned salt tank. Guess that’s not in the inspection
I Just added salt it was so black and had old leaves in it.
Don’t pay one bill. They just don’t come out .
But change you there flat fee.
Guess a little $10 here and there is what they need

Excellent service; explains every option for your salt needs. Communication is excellent. Wish I would of used them sooner. They refurbished my water softener and service it every month for a very affordable price. Frankie and the staff are a pleasure. The manager (forget his name) is a pleasure to talk to. Love them.

This family ran business really appreciates their customers with great service. I requested a water demonstration and test and they were out to my home immediately. Matthew is very knowledgeable of the system and made me feel confident in their equipment. After talking to 2 other companies I settled on their system because of their great price and Matthew and his team's customer service through the whole process. They also inform about all the follow up service they provide and their support in case of emergencies or any issues.
