I wouldn't even give them one star. They are an authorized dealer for Husqvarna for my brushcutter that was still under manufacturs warranty. Said putting the brushcutter blade that was issued with my brushcutter equipment voided the warranty. Also said it was "run hot" which I never heard of. There is no temperature gauge on it it's made to cut brush. Kept my $25 dollar deposit. Didn't repair it under warranty. When I asked about backing it up with the manufacturers warranty the lady got a ride attitude. I think this company was only interested in keeping my deposit not repairing my brushcutter

WATCH OUT!!! I brought my 1 year old Troy Bilt Bronco riding mower in for inspection under the manufacturers warranty. A guy named Mike said that they needed a $100 deposit to cover the repair that may not be covered but he would call me 1st for approval. I understand that they'll make repairs and people won't come back for the equipment but don't lie to customer to guarantee yourself $100! As long as they have been in business I'm sure they knew upfront that the manufacturer won't cover the snapped belt but they didn't tell me!Well, when I came to pick up my mower the mean lady who claimed to be one of the owners named Tracie said I owed them $23 extra in addition to the $100! What? Why? She claimed that the manufacturer didn't cover the repair so they went on and replaced my belt, sharpened my blade and cleaned the deck. I said why didn't you call and get my approval 1st. I didn't approve of them doing any work outside of the manufacturer warranty! She said that they don't call for small issues! Since they had my money already and my mower that guaranteed them money! Slick! These people bamboozled me out of my money! Also, if I didn't have the $23 they would have kept my mower! They forced my hand to pay them! Wow! Beware!

Called the day before to see if they would fix my John Deere, guy on the phone said yeah no problem, you’ll just need to buy the parts cause they can’t get them. I told him that’s no problem. Next day, I load up my mower, took it all the way across town for them to say they won’t do it. When I explained I was told to just get the parts by the other guy, they said yeah that you must’ve talked to someone else. So if you have a John Deere, even if they tell you they’ll work on it, don’t waste your time. They won’t.

Great customer service, and very knowledgeable staff. They told me it was a week turn around time for my Craftsman Lawn tractor, 5 days for the 2 push mowers, and 3 days for the trimmer. So far my experience was wonderful. I will rate again once all services are completed.

I have been twice and both times the customer service was EXCELLENT. They were able to get my piece of equipment running with just some elbow grease and a few minutes of time, and they didn’t even charge me. That kind of thing makes lifelong customers!
