Very Happy with the service!
We waited too long and out tank for completely filled up and we could not use the plumbing at all. Everyone one else was booked almost a week out but Pro Pump heard us and made it out the very next morning. They came with one heck of a big nice specialized truck. We showed them where it was and they got to work right away. It did not take long and the inside of the tank looked brand new! We found the cost to be very affordable and we are very happy customers.
I recommend using them to keep your septic systems pumped and maintained BEFOR it becomes an emergency!! Also keep a path clear and the tank lid accessable. Things we didn't think about until it was an emergency.

We are very happy that Pro Pump took care of us!

They came by to pump out septic tank and told my husband that the charge would be no more than $400 dollars after tax and labor all said and done. They came to my husband afterwards and said it was $500 dollars. They also told us that we have a 4000 gallon tank and it was already empty if thet had only pumped a little over a thousand gallons, considering it was completely full when they started. We do not recommend this company to anyone.

My husband called for a septic pumping service appointment and was given one for the very next day. Not only were we pleased to be able to have an appointment so soon, they called and were able to fit us in a couple of hours after they spoke. Rudy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while here. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and use them again. Five star service for sure!

I will highly recommend this company to anyone who has a septic system. They are wonderful! Our driver today was Rudy, he was very friendly, courteous and informative. He had both of our tanks pumped out in no time at all and gave me information on helping our system function better. I'm extremely happy that we went with San Angelo Pro-Pump!

This company took advantage of my grandmother. Charged her $400 and didn’t empty the tank. They are saying that within a week, a 72 year old elderly woman filled up a tank filled with sh!$! She was in the hospital. Wouldn’t even come to just look. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
