So been taking my family cars here for a number of years and never really had a problem. Recently had my car in for them to check a fault and got charged ££ for them to say they can’t find anything and take it to the dealer. Simple steering problem that a mechanic should have been able to identify. If they had just said they may not find the problem and it would cost me £78 I would just have went to dealer from the start.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! I booked my car in for a full valet and upholstery shampoo today and I could not be any more pleased with it. It looks like a brand new car inside and out. All the marks and stains I thought would be there for good are ALL gone. I am so so happy with the work that was done, not to mention the 10/10 customer service from the reception staff and the very reasonable price. Cannot rate Pro Division Larbert highly enough!

Absolutely phenomenal service.
I was returning my car to the finance company and I needed to get a valet, shampoo and some touch ups done (part of my job is working on building sites).

Pro division were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From meeting me prior to their opening time to allow drop off, to dropping the car off at my home address because of my unwell child meant I couldn’t get to the centre to collect, nothing was a problem.

The quality of the clean was first class, the touch ups needed were completed and finished to a high standard and the car handed back in immaculate condition, one of the valeters even ran over the car with a cloth before handing me the keys.

I was kept fully updated throughout and kept fully appraised of what works were needed and what the costs would be.

I would definitely use Pro Division again.

What a fantastic experience I had today bringing my car in for a clean and polish. I sold my car and wanted to get it all spruced up before handing over - I honestly thought wow it looks brand new. Went with this garage with intention of buying my first car with a little walk around and a few test drives and lots of talks and walks with them I quickly felt secure within the dealership and have my mind settled as you are always reassured of a smooth experience n which I have had… I definitely will be back again weather it’s for a new car or just normal servicing on the vehicle, had no problems in the current 9 months of ownership, will always recommend this garage
