Thank you Retro for fixing my xbox console. They were able to fix it and in a short period of time. The gentleman that assisted us whole dropping it off was very gernous and stayed in contact as well. Within a week it was repaired and working great.

I took my console to these people. I'd say maybe a month ago and they kept my council for a little over a week and I took it because the image was coming up on my t. V. And? The problem was not fixed.
and if I'm not wrong I believe i paid $210 and to make things a little worse the to guys that were there never gave me a Recipt Which means if try to dispute anything I have.
No way of proof. And as far as their 30 day day warranty expires on August the 11th 2024.

Took my Series X there to be fixed as it was having a fan issue. Was given it back 3 different times saying they fixed it, all of these times I was charged $50. Xbox continues to have the same issue and when I went to ask about a refund the old dude says “let’s not be unfriendly if we don’t need to”, and tells me that if they do a refund they would be taking the console as well, which is not what I was told. Friendly crew but work is not there and old prick needs to be outta there.

Wanna charge 40$ just to fix a button that gets stuck. Went to this other place in north richland hill and got 2 controllers fix for $21. Be careful when dealing with this folks

Fixed my autistic grandsons ps4 because he accidentally put a wrong cd in there. It took a few day because they they are very busy and did the job right for under a hundred dollars!!!! Happy kiddo, happy Momma!

Took my PS4 in and got it back the same day thanks guys so much for fixing it. Paid $50 Bucks for labor to put in hard drive and PlayStation update, I couldn't do it my laptop sucks! I'm happy my wife told me about this place. Thanks again Retro Madness! ?

This was the second time I've done business here, and the customer service has been outstanding. They're upfront and honest about the work that will need to be done. Something which is hard to find. The first time I went here was to get my PS4 repaired. Turned out the power supply went out. Took it in the morning and hours later they had it fixed and ready to go. The second time I came here was due to my PS3 not working. They inspected it and discovered it was the motherboard. It works flawlessly now. They always kept me informed and up to date on the progress. They even upgraded my storage to a 500 gig at no extra cost... Insane. They employees have been extremely kind to me each time. This is the first repair place I've been to and will be the last. These guys are the best. Definitely recommended!

Super friendly service, and turnaround was quicker than expected for a charging port replacement on my son's Switch Lite. They have a lot of cool retro video games and consoles as well.
