I was in a panic mode because my jeep has a lot of repairs which I really can't afford as I arrived to Pro Autos I showed Mr Mike a few things that I was concerned about he took his time out to look thoroughly at my concern which was all four tires he then show me all four of my tires including my brake pads and explained to me that I'm safe for a couple of months instead of trying to make money from me. I'm grateful for pro autos and for Mr Mike to bring his honest service skills and knowledge to the North Bethesda area great prices honest answers excellent service lovely staff on board!

Had some issues w/ acceleration + check engine light and was luckily right next to this place when it happened. Mike was very nice and efficient in his work. He explained what was wrong and also what to keep an eye out for so I could take care of the issue on my own of it happened again. I had my tire plugged here by the owner a few months back and he was super friendly. Decided to come back because I needed new back brake pads to be put on (brought brake pads myself) and to have my A/C checked because it was blowing warm air. Owner took my car in and immediately changed the back brake pads for me without having to come back and it only took 2 hours and was a good price. I was informed by the owner (mechanic) that my car A/C was part of a wider issue with Honda’s made in 2016 and to look up information regarding warranty/recalls for the condenser. If he had not told me this, I would have had no idea that this repair was covered by Honda. Took car to Honda and A/C was fixed for free. Honesty and trust are how you build a loyal clientele. I will definitely go back for future work.
