I went in to test drive a 2002 manual miata yesterday, I tried setting up the appointment through the website but nobody was picking up the phone so I could “confirm” the appointment as I was told to do. Showed up at 10am anyways since that’s when I scheduled the appointment and was astonished with the lack of professionalism from the employee. After I introduced myself I received no indroduction from him so I don’t know his name but he was incredibly dismissive and rude. He was constantly scrolling on his phone when I was trying to talk to him and ask him questions about the car; I asked him if the timing belt/water pump have been replaced on the miata (which also had a decent bit of rust as shown in photos) & he said he didn’t know. I also test drove the 2014 wrangler which had the check engine light pop on at 30mph, slight death wobble, and white dog fur everywhere on the back seats. When I got back from driving the wrangler I found the employee sitting in a golf cart smoking a cigarette with a buddy & he was on a call as well so I couldn’t ask any questions and I just ended up leaving. This was an absolutely horrendous experience and I would think that employees would take potential buyers seriously and be decent & polite human beings if the buyers are wanting to spend thousands of dollars on a car. Incredibly unprofessional and rude of the employee to behave the way he did.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE OVERPRICING THERE VEHICLES! I talked to someone named Jose Garcia and he sent me the vin number for the truck to look at blue book it was only worth $8976 and I offered 10k cash and they wanted 16k also there vehicles are not what they say they are. You go in person and it’s nothing how they say it is. He then blocks me after I tell him I’m gonna show the reviews to people so you guys don’t get brought in the wrong direction of buying these cars/trucks. You can see below the price of the truck.

I have been to this dealer on a few occasions. On each occasion, I was treated like family. Every single person who worked there Had a smile and answered any question that I had. The inventory was absolutely amazing as well. I don't recommend dealerships much. However, I would tell anyone I know to go here.

Went in interested in a vehicle, started application process and it was very unprofessional atmosphere. I could hear the employees loudly arguing with eachother and then while filling my application one of the employees took a personal call In front of me. The wifi didn't even work to continue the application. Go there if you want mediocre service . Shout out to the black cat tho he's the only smart one there

The buying process went very smoothly. The office manager was incredibly helpful and friendly! We came for a different car originally and it had more issues than we signed up for and miraculously a better newer model of the car we came for was for sale as well and we got to take it. So far so good! Hopefully it doesn’t die in two weeks! Haha
