Everything about my experience was top notch! The staff were very friendly and informative. They kept me up to date through every step of the process. My vehicle looks as new as it did when it came off the lot. I even ended up with a few features that my vehicle did not come stock with! They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied and happy with the end Results. My vehicle was also fully detailed, inside and out. Which was not expected! The Pro Auto Collision team, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Amber and their supervisor handled my situation with care. You know when you’re involved in a collision and you have your vehicle repaired it don’t ever seem like the vehicles ever the same again. But Pro auto shattered that myth for me. I truly believe that my vehicle is better than it was after being involved in a wreck, that was no fault of my own. Pro auto made it very simple, I gave them the vehicle, the keys and the insurance paperwork and they handled the rest. They kept me posted as work was being performed. They dealt with the insurance on any additional things that they found that needed to be corrected and then notify me once it was done. I went back and all I had to do was pick up the keys and they even Made sure that my rental car was turned back into enterprise.
If I ever need work done again, Pro auto will be my first choice. It is hard to find customer service like this and they definitely made this process a lot easier.
