I purchased an upgraded Dash Cam from Amazon and brought it to this location to remove the old one and install my new cam. After calling 5+ other locations, they had the most reasonable fee and were kind and professional over the phone. When I came in I also inquired about tinting my windows which was something I had been wanting to get done for a while - the factory tint on my car was literally cooking me in the Texas sun. The staff did an amazing job on both my tint and the dash cam installation. They were super professional, kind, and the workmanship was top notch. Very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. They also called an Uber for me to get back home so I wouldn’t have to wait in the shop! Even if you do decide to wait, they have a lot of comfortable chairs, complimentary water and soda and a large television to pass the time. I will definitely be back to Dallas Pro Audio and Tint for anything else in the future and highly recommend!

Omar is amazing and never disappoints. My husband and I have been coming here for each vehicle we've purchased. We've recommended family and friends. He's an amazing owner and he's very professional. He will get you in and out and with great quality for an outstanding price. He has tinted two of my vehicles and a few of my husbands as well as installing speakers for two of my husbands cars. I moved to Dallas from KY in the beginning of October. I was starting work soon after, meaning I only had a few days to jump through the various hoops the state of Texas requires to get your car registered. My first stop was an inspection; to which my car shockingly failed. The reason, my window tint was too dark. Odd. I got it to match the back, which was legal. I was left with two options: have them rip it off for me and pass the inspection, or fail and wait god knows how long to get everything switched over from KY to TX. I chose the first option (which I now know was a scam, but I digress). After successfully getting TX plates, I couldn't help but to look at my car and cringe. I have never driven a fish bowl before, and I wasn't going to start now. Dallas Pro Audio & Tint was the first shop I called. As it was already Friday, I was just hoping for an appointment sometime early the next week. I spoke with Amer, told him my situation, and he says come on in I will see you in a half an hour. So thats exactly what I did; I pulled up to the shop, went inside to meet Amer in person, picked out my tint and waited. The shop is quite nice by the way. There is a TV and beverages to enjoy while you wait. On the topic of waiting; I was in and out within an hour. Back in KY, I dropped my car off and went back to pick it up 3 days later when they called to tell me it was ready. Same day service? Phenomenal. Anywho, Amer was my first friend in Dallas. He and his team turned the rough start of my morning into a very pleasant afternoon. I felt taken care of and I trusted Amer. My windows looked better than they did before the old tint was ripped off-- and I loved my old tint. I was very happy with the install and very happy with the price as well. I felt for the service I was given and the quality of the work, it was an extremely fair price to pay. I just recently purchased a new car and will be immediately (after the inspection lol) taking it back to Amer and his team to help me again. The thousands of 5 star reviews are all very well deserved.

They gave me a good price for a stereo,speakers, and subwoofer with install but when installed they did not tell me that we needed extra cables for speakers and left it like that and they broke a lot of clips on the passenger door.Over all good price but not too good of a service

8/9/24 I don't recommend coming here at all. I got my tint done and within 5 months all my windows bubbled up and I have called multiple times with no answer. Don't waste your money here.

9/3/24 I still will never recommend this place all my tent has bubbled up and pieces are flaking off now I cannot get a hold of the owner to use the "lifetime warranty" that I paid quite a bit extra for. They have purposely avoided phone calls and messages they have blocked my number I do not recommend this company to anybody. STAY CLEAR. THEY OVERCHARGED FOR THE SHITTY QUALITY THAT YOU GET.

This place did a great job on our window tint! We had the entire factory tint removed and all new tint installed for a reasonable price. We went with a 5% windshield visor, and 25% on all the car doors to keep a flush look down the side. Then we tinted the rear window with a 5% layered with a 20% on top of that! Omar helped us out with all the details and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Omar and his crew took care of my wife’s SUV and my truck. He’s definitely hands down someone you can trust and do business with. He has been very responsive since day 1 and he’s always available to answer questions or provide his suggestions to get you set up with the right window tint.
