Ordered long travel cv boots. Description refers to stock axel use. However they rub on the lower shock now installed. Trenton Johnson from “trail gear” (apparently same as all pro) was little help. States you need long travel aftermarket cv axels. Wouldn’t have purchased if this was more accurately described on the website. Definitely won’t use again!

I ordered an APEXG3N rear bumper. It arrived with damaged powder coat. They credited me 10% to make it right; I was happy with it.

I later learned that the receiver pin hole was not machined large enough to account for the powder coat. The right side of the bumper is also making contact with the plastic panel below the tail light. I asked for another credit or paid return shipping, and was met with hostility, saying something to the affect of these are "reasonably accepted standard in the industry" and that if I would like to use the receiver I'd need to file down the powder coat (love rust).

I've owned CBI products without any of these issue. Poorly engineered and fabricated products, and even worse customer service. If you want a quality, functional product All-Pro is not the way. I should have read the other reviews before making a purchase from these "Pros".

I've been buying All-Pro for my solid axle Toyotas for years, but now All-Pro is part of the "Trail-Gear Family", who care little about the quality of their products or retaining customers.

Ordered a replacement rack and pinion for the 98 Tacoma. The first picture is what they show on the website. It shows the upgraded guide in the rack. In the manufacture section it says "Low Range" is the manufacture. The rack is a BBB rebuilt aftermarket rack with the old style guide that is known to fail. The price is also on the higher end and only 1 year long. All other rack and pinion units have a lifetime warranty so I am not sure why this one is so short. When confronted about the misleading information about what rack I received Low range was unwilling to work on a return. I had to pay a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping back to them. NO working with the customer at least a little on this one. To be fair they did offer in store credit but after this I will no longer use them.

Would not recommend - will flat lie to customers.

I ordered a set of rock sliders on a Black Friday deal. They cancelled the order 4 days later stating sliders were out of stock and no longer available, while website shows stock available and it still is an active product.

I emailed them back and they changed their story to "just out of stock and website isn't right" (even after 6 days). Stated that it would be a while to catchup with restocking (but they still allow new orders at full price).

I emailed again stating I'd be happy to wait for a restock or change my order from a powder coat version to bare steel, no response.

Would not recommending doing business as they definitely don't abide by consumer protection laws and are deceitful in their communications. They used to be a GREAT company... not sure how they've slid so far down the slope to be where they are now.

If the issue was a pricing error (too much of a discount), then own it and make it right - offer at actual cost or honor the original Black Friday price, don't lie and say you're out of stock so you can cancel the order when you clearly aren't.

These guys will never give you an answer. If you have any questions it'll be, "I will email you shortly." They never do or it'll be, "I think" answer. No definite answer on anything. Custom service is horrible, products are sub par. I mean I have their 1.25 inch upper control arms and I've had to replace the uniballs and bushings 3 times in 1.5 years. Take note I regularly clean/grease and maintain everything with ptfe pil and super lube
