I'm really confused by the bad reviews, so counter to our experience. When you're building something as complex as some of these retail systems can be, there will be small issues, particularly when they have to be crated and shipped long distances. The product support we have received from Pro-Clear has been simply amazing. The owner has taken his own, personal time after hours, to call me and help me with any issue I need. We have purchased brand new systems from them, which are running flawlessly two years later. We also happened on some 7 year old+ systems, poorly stored and a bit beat up. We brought them back to life with help from Pro-Clear. Amazingly well built and solid, even after being dragged on their sides (mind these things are five or six hundred pounds a piece). Pro clear fabricated all the new parts we needed and they fit like a glove! I would never hesitate to work with this company.

I got my Proclear 60 in September of 2020 great build quality absolutely no issues whatsoever would definitely get a another one and definitely recommend

So I wrote a previous review about the customer service not being responsive. I would like to update and edit that. Talked to the owner of proclear himself today. We FaceTimed so I could show him the chip I had on my proclear 150. He said he would reach out to my lfs and work them accordingly. Got a phone call from my supplier and he informed me that proclear has chosen to replace my entire system sump and all and cover the installation of said tank. Granted my exp wasn’t the best at first i will be as honest I gave them 4 stars just for the time the owner himself spent with me as well as the quick turn around. I will be upgrading to the 230 at some point and it will definitely be a proclear.

GREAT COMPANY, And what an absolutely amazing all in one system! Its so versatile that we were able to create a breeding facility based around these systems. Excellent craftsmanship, not a single one leaked, and performed beyond expectation. Even down to the lighting system that was chosen this was well thought out and built, there is minimal algae growth which in turn means less maintenance. Amazing we couldn't be happier!!!! THANKS PROCLEAR!!!

I have been in the hobby for over 20 years. I have always used pro clear aquatics equipment. They make an amazing product. I have never had any issues with anything from them. I purchased a 60 gallon tank not pro clear wish I did at the beginning of the year. I have there sump and skimmer and ato reservoir. I had an issue with there ato reservoir it started to leak which could have been something I did. I emailed them and same day got a phone call from Nick the owner. Which you don’t see very often especially from such a big company. He said he can either send me a new one or I can come pick it up because I live in Jacksonville. So I went to there location and was greeted by Nick and Gary. I had a 6 gallon and I said if you want to give me a 10 gallon I won’t complain. Nick said without hesitation go ahead and give him a 10 gallon. Wowwwww I couldn’t believe it. They even took 30 minutes or more of there own time to show me a few things at there shop. I got to see there new all in one pro star rimless. Wow it is amazing I fell in love with it. When I have enough money saved I will definitely be buying one. They definitely have a customer for life. I recommend to only go with them for everything if you go with anyone else you will regret it. These guys are amazing with customer service and product. Thanks again and will be seeing you soon as I have money saved up which might be a little while with a newborn lol.

I wouldn't order anything from Pro Clear Aquatics at all! I own a fish store in Knoxville TN and we got 2 of their 8' long fish systems. One came in broken and they sent us the parts to fix it and some free sumps for the broken systems. I was ok with it at the time because the systems worked but now it leaks so bad and the pumps are failing to keep the systems running. He keeps telling me it's the water from taking out fish. It's not leaking he keeps telling me from Orlando... I'm sorry I have been around tanks my whole life I know when a tank is leaking.... still he don't want to fix it. After we spent over $16,000 for the two fish systems we are not happy with the customer service. Do not buy here. Go elsewhere.

Working in the industry for as many years as I have, for Beverly's Pet Center, I've noticed that people come back for more Pro Clear products. I'm happy to sell and also own Pro Clear products.
