Bill was excellent. Came in to see about getting my hazmat drilled different as I could not use it on any condition (4 pba patterns and several house shots). Turns out ALL of my gear was drilled wrong. I’ve had two pba pros and their shops drill my balls and nothing matched what Bill did. Span and thumb was fixed in my hazmat and what do you know ball rolls like it should. First two games 279/268. Won’t have anyone else touch my gear from here on out. Thank you Bill

Unfortunately, I never got to experience Bill’s “wonderful” service. I figured I could get in and get my ball drilled before my game and store is closed. But business hours are from 12-6 Mon-Sat.

Bill is incredible! He has a vast knowledge of bowling and equipment. No one I’ve known in 40 years of bowling is better. If you wanted your ball drilled precisely, this is the place to have it done. His ball selection and accessory prices are very competitive.

Bill is awesome! I went in for a spare ball and he was very knowledgeable and conversing, to where I wasn’t just sitting there, in silence, waiting for my ball. He even took a look at my current strike ball and gave me some helpful advice that I did not know. Definitely coming back here to replace my strike ball!

Went to Bill as mew bowlers (myself and my wife) on the recommendation of a couple friends. He was great getting us set up with balls, shoes and bags. If he didn't have it in stock, he was able to order it and get it in within a couple of days. His attention to detail is off the charts and he's always willing to explain the differences between balls or which products he recommends for various needs. Definitely have become lifetime customers of Bill.

I moved back to Dallas a couple of years ago and I'm so glad I found this place this time around. Bill is fantastic and really knows the game.
