Scooter and Roberto just installed a brand new unit,ours was 14 years old and not a good unit. The Bryant under Carrier umbrella is fantastic. Quiet, efficient, all you would need. Programmable with a fantastic screen and lots of options,and easy to use.

I was referred to AirPros by a co-worker after having an extremely unpleasant experience with ARS Rooter. Our heat-pump unit was not working properly and ARS made it seem like I was going to pay a hefty repair bill, to possibly have to replace the unit anyways (our unit is only 8 years old).

I like to research before making any large purchases, but I’m very illiterate on AC - so I trusted ARS and signed a full replacement contract. Something didn’t sit well, so I decided to have a second opinion. AirPros came pretty quick after calling them (Scooter and Robert) They were puzzled after hearing what ARS reported and after an hour or so, checked the entire system and told me there was nothing wrong with it aside from some unplugged heating elements and loose wiring. All I had to pay was the service fee

They were extremely professional. Had them come and reinstall a nest thermostat. Unit is working like a charm. Definitely recommend them!

I have been using Air-Pro and working with Scooter since 2005! I would not have stayed with them this long if I was not 100% satisfied. They are always quick to respond & take good care of my 2 units. They explain what needs to be repaired & why. This past week, the roofers punctured a hole in the freon line. I called Scooter. He & Scott were here within 1 hour. They knew it was best to get everything fixed while the roofers were still here. Thank you !

Air Pro has been my service provider for about 8 years now. I recently moved and was experiencing A/C problems just after move-in. I called Scooter to diagnose and recommend solutions. He patiently explained what was wrong with the old system and how much I would benefit by replacing with a new unit. The old unit was pulling 20 amps -- the new would pull around 12 amps! Almost half the energy usage! We decided to replace for the long-term benefit. The install was scheduled and work was completed as expected. Crew was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable in performing the work. I would recommend Scooter, Scott and the team to anyone! They have come to my rescue more than once without worrying about the time or effort needed.

I had two coils replaced at my home. I was initially assured that I would be receiving Carrier coils, only to have Bryant coils installed instead. Although Bryant is a subsidiary of Carrier, it was not what I was promised.

Following the completion of the work, I was left dealing with a mess in my attic and around my property, as the installation crew did not clean up after themselves properly. While they did rectify some of the mess after I brought it to their attention, it was not something I should have had to manage.

Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident where oil was spilled on my lawn, which was subsequently treated with an oil degreaser. This ended up killing the grass in that area. To add insult to injury, the crew used my garden hose to rinse a container containing a white putty-like substance, which left an unsightly white residue on my lawn.

While the team initially took precautions by laying down a canvas to protect my floors while bringing in the equipment, this was later removed. Subsequently, Roberto, the lead technician, tracked mud through my home, despite there being a clear instruction to remove shoes at the entrance. It is worth noting that throughout the day, not a single member of the crew wore shoe covers.

After lodging my third complaint, Scooter, who promised to personally ensure a 'great job', agreed to assess the damage done during the installation. Despite his reassurances, he never showed up. In light of the time and cost required for me to rectify the damage to my lawn and clean my hardwood and carpeted floors, I sent Scooter a bill reflecting my designer's hourly rate and equipment costs. As of this review, Scooter has declined to pay, arguing that the amount is excessive.

It is deeply disappointing to witness the lack of respect the installation crew had for my property and the subsequent damage caused. Scooter's professional demeanor over the phone did not translate into the service promised. I was assured of Carrier coils and exceptional service, neither of which was delivered. However, I will say that the crew seemed knowledgeable about their AC work. Time will tell if the quality of their work matches their apparent expertise."

Called to get a bid/quote on a new entire HVAC system. We've been remodeling the house and we decided to replace our entire 1992 HVAC system with a new one. We had used Air Pro many, many years in a previous house and had no issues; however, since being at this house, for some reason over the years Barbara has been very rude when we've called. I only put up with this twice and I stopped using them bc of her. For some reason, I figured she had changed over the years and wouldn't be so rude. Boy, was I wrong! In Dec, 2022 I called and left a voice-mail and stated we would like a bid/quote for a new HVAC system. The next day, Scooter called me back and left a voice mail for me to return his call to schedule a time for him to come out. I called back and Barbara answered. (It was now Saturday morning.) She said Scooter was busy and couldn't take my call and asked what I was calling about because she could help me. I told her I was calling to schedule an appointment for Scooter to come out to our house to give a bid/quote because we're wanting to replace our 20+ year old Carrier system with a new, energy efficient system. She told me Scooter would have to come out and diagnose the problem, they dont just replace an HVAC system just because a customer says they need a nrw one, so there would be service charge of around $150. (I forget the amount she told us, but I know it wasn't less than $150) I told her there isn't a diagnosis that needs to be done because we want to replace the entire system. She was extremely rude and said Scooter has to diagnose and that was final. She refused to let me talk to Scooter or let him know I called and for him to call me back. The next business day, we called Baker Brothers and they came out to give a bid and by Tuesday we had a new, complete HVAC system installed just like we wanted. They didn't have to diagnose squat bc the diagnosis was we wanted to replace a 20+ year old system!
