I recently visited Pro Auto Care for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. They took my car in promptly and completed the oil change in good time. Last week I noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear of my car and was unsure what it could be. I stopped by pro auto care based on there spectacular reviews and they took my car in right away on a busy day! Within a few hours my car was diagnosed and they let me know i needed new brake pads and rotors. By the end of the day I had my car back and haven't had any issues since. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who cares about great customer service and quality work. I'll always bring my cars back to pro auto care!

ORIGINAL REVIEW :I went there based on google feedback , I thought I had an issue with immobilizer system as shown in picture (Nissan rogue), left my car in the morning , they told they won’t be able to touch my car before afternoon no issue but it became 5 pm , I called them they said would like to keep the car overnight for inspection because the issue is not at all reproducible , I said ok no issue, morning they told they could not find any issue however they reseated some bunch of lights, ok fine I paid 190 for overall things. When I came home, I noticed, the sound which comes when u stop the car clicking the stop button is not coming but same sound is coming when u put the car in reverse gear ? plus when u put car in reverse it displays SYSTEM OFF symbol as shown in picture.
However, when i left they told next diagnostics they will free for me and overall staffs r polite but i don't think it’s a great idea when it comes to Nissan.

[23rd December 2024]: Modifying this review since I see there is a response from the owner,
Let me give Fact wise response based on your response:

1. FACT1: TRUE, I came here based on google feed back rating and because its very near to my house and Nissan dealership thought changing the battery will solve the issue shown on left image.
2. FACT2: I trust you and believe what you say Iam not an auto expert you are and that’s why I paid you ~ $170 what you asked me to pay also Thank you.
3. FACT3: I was actually surprised to see you couldn’t reproduce the issue; matter of the fact is Iam still getting this issue sometime; shown in my image on left often in the morning when I try to start the car first time. Also, you are talking about some light, did you understand the issue correctly at all or did I fail to explain you properly? It is showing a red key on my dashboard that’s the issue I had come with shown in felt image. please read the original review again.
4. FACT4: Again, surprised with your explanations of 50 miles apart ?. You think Iam keeping the car at home not driving it? or do you think Iam just driving car nearby? or do you think Iam lying about the issue? You only said in your response in FACT2 that you reconfigured some settings and in this FACT4 response you are saying “your blind spot is turned off and you need to turn it on”, if we read these 2 things together you yourself is pointing to a large probability that its turned off at your place during reconfiguration because I will never do that myself however thanks to google , when I saw this issue I searched in google and could turn it on in setting however even after turning it on this issue is coming sometime when I put car in reverse gear.
5. “Your welcome for correcting the things the [NISSAN DEALER] did not do that you paid for. :
Ok, then what reconfiguration you did what you have mentioned in FACT#2 it seems you just did some guess works? ? .
Of course, that I will take it up with them if at all they didn’t do the things; it’s for them also to see what you have done, matter of the fact is “SYSTEM OFF” issue never came before I took the vehicle to you, its still coming even after turning the blind spot on in settings.

6. Iam decreasing the rating to 1 , after you called me a month ago to return my money which I refused to take back because I thought someone would have it cut from his salary and you have at least tried and I told you please take this one off review as a learning and try to give your 100% on every customer as you told you strive for 5 star but it seems you don’t even admit that its your mistake and take it as a learning .
7. “I had several people read it and they come to the same conclusion”: May I know if they are your customers or workers or friends or acquaintance? Did you also ask those several people to give counter review on google for your business? .

One last fact about English: Writing something completely in capital is considered shouting I have used it just for highlighting or pointer to your response.

I'd give more stars if possible they went above and beyond. Brought my vehicle in for a minor dent and they returned the car in better condition than I left it, they washed and vacuumed and cleaned the tire's, top notch customer service! And kept me update the entire time, finished earlier than expected! And not a single complaint! Thank you for your service!

I am really impressed with Pro Auto Care.

After repeatedly having issues at the dealership I used to bring my vehicle to for service, I researched alternatives, and found Pro Auto Care. I had them replace a LED light assembly, and they were able to do it for about $200 less than what the dealer had quoted me. They started working on my vehicle immediately when I arrived for my appointment, and finished within the estimated time they had quoted - this was a HUGE improvement for me, as I had gotten used to the dealer constantly making me wait around for hours.

Fast forward a couple months, one of my tires was slowly losing air, so I suspected a leak. I called Pro Auto Care this afternoon, and they agreed to take a look at it. I arrived and once again, they immediately started working on my car - no waiting. They found and patched the hole in the tire, and charged me an extremely reasonable price for the job. I was in and out inside of 20 minutes.

I am 100% sold, this is where I will be going from now on whenever I need to have my vehicle serviced.

Did a great job with the maintenance work on my vehicles over the past few years, however, I’ve mentioned to them in the past that my door handles inside and out are always filled with grease including the driver side floor mat, since they refuse to use protective mat covers. Recommended to them that they clean up afterwards or use protective covering.

Happened again yesterday when I picked up one of my vehicles for regular maintenance. I won’t be going back because of this.

Drove down from New Jersey woke up in Florida truck had a ticking noise brought it to Dan his pro center over the Thanksgiving weekend and they rebuilt my entire engine. Got me back on the road Wednesday afternoon trustworthy people excellent service, polite, considerate and understood. We had to get back to Jersey for business Would always use them again.
